Vitiligo Diet
In modern days, due to attractions of variety of eatables like; snacks, junk
foods, tin foods, flavored or alcoholic drinks etc, we not only suffered with
harmful diseases but also get a lot of skin problems like, Vitiligo, acne, and
eczema etc. These diseases became very troubling when we find no way to get
ride from them. Vitiligo is one among such disease. There is no ‘ vitiligo diet
and any acceptable permanent means to stop it. When we say treating vitiligo,
it simply means eliminating the white spots weather its root cause is known
or not. So people, especially vitiligo patients should be very careful about
their diet. They should very cautiously understand a balanced and proper diet
in order control white sports.
A well-balanced & healthy food with all essential nutrients is the daily
dietary requirement of vitiligo patient. But unfortunately, there is no supplement
that can substitute a rich balanced diet. Recently, a group of compounds known
as photochemicals (a good, protective substances found in vegetables and fruits)
is discovered that have been proven to work against vitiligo.
Following is the list of diet that vitiligo people should include and avoid
in their daily life in order to cope with vitiligo. These foods will not only
help their bodies to recover skin discoloration, but also provide them all essential
vitamins & minerals that play an important role in the formation of new
skin pigment.

Blueberries probably contain more anti-oxidants than any other fruit or vegetables.
But Dr. Grimes has proved through his researches, that blueberries and pears
also contain natural hydroquinone, which is a depigmenting agent. Thus the use
